Country Club home sells for $1.8 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 24 and Nov. 28.
A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Tappan Real Estate Investors I LLC sold the home at 13206 Palmers Creek Terrace to Rodney Williams, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.8 million. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, five baths, two half-baths, a pool and 5,500 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.6 million in 2006.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
W. Norman and Kay Baker, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 10015 Discovery Terrace to Robert Plenge and Carol Alexander, trustees, of Bradenton, for $750,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,302 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $701,600 in 2003.

Panther Ridge
Fannie Mae sold the home at 22634 Morning Glory Circle to Scott and Carmen Harold, of Bradenton, for $525,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,804 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $840,000 in 2006.

Pomello Park
Wayne Peterson and Lisbeth Gildea, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6720 205th St. E. to Robert Dierken and Kevin Abrams, of Sarasota, for $500,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,890 square feet of living area.

Jason and LeAnn McKendree, of Bradenton, sold their home at 25616 63rd Ave. E. to Wesley and Kristy Haney, of Ona, for $390,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,162 square feet of living area.

Greyhawk Landing
Margaret Martin sold her home at 13114 Raven Terrace to David and Sonia Onan, of Bradenton, for $499,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,562 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $457,000 in 2013.

Margaret Browning, of Sarasota, sold the home at 398 Snapdragon Loop to Joseph and Audrey Dombroski, of Bradenton, for $360,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,648 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 2010.

Anne Finck, of Bradenton, sold her home at 12508 Natureview Circle to Ronald Falnes, of Waukesha, Wis., for $339,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,323 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $339,500 in 2004.

Greyhawk Landing West
Homes by Towne of Greyhawk Landing West LLC sold the home at 718 Dogwood Run to Brandon Grether and Kristin Poncius, of Bradenton, for $495,200. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,849 square feet of living area.

Stanhope Gate
PNMAC Mortgage Opportunity Fund Investors LLC sold the home at 6914 Stanhope Place to Norman and Victoria Todd and James and Sheryl Cobb, of Osprey, for $480,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,951 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $592,800 in January.

Sonoma
Suncastle Properties LLC sold the home at 8115 Santa Rosa Court to Samer Joubran and Henry Joubran, of Ontario, Canada, for $432,500. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,008 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $536,600 in 2007.

Tara
Larry and Lucille Stump, of Parrish, sold their home at 5935 Wingspan Way to Cynthia Morris, of Bradenton, for $430,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,310 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2007.

Ryan Silva sold his home at 3616 Fifth Ave. N.E. to Michael Faszold and Kathie Faszold, trustees, of St. Charles, Mo., for $380,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,957 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2012.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 15306 21st Ave. E. to Sandra DePasquale and Daniel Eli, of Bradenton, for $369,300. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,870 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,300 in July.
