Obituary: Georgiana Albright

Georgiana Albright, 96, of Plymouth Harbor, died Dec. 2.

Born June 4, 1918, in Cleveland, Mrs. Albright attended Wittenberg University, in Springfield, Ohio, and graduated magna cum laude in 1941. She met her husband, David Albright, at the university.

Mrs. Albright enjoyed classical music and played the cello in her high school and college orchestras. She and her husband were frequent travelers and belonged to golf courses on Longboat Key and in Akron, Ohio, North Carolina and Colorado.

Mrs. Albright was a Plymouth Harbor resident since 1999.

Mrs. Albright was preceded in death by her husband, David, and daughter, Peggy Ginaven. She is survived by her son, David, and two grandsons.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Dec. 19, in the chapel of Plymouth Harbor, 700 John Ringling Blvd., Sarasota. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Wittenberg University, P.O. Box 720, Springfield, OH 45501.
