The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 24 and Nov. 28. A home in Sarasota Beach tops all transactions in this week’s real estate.

Jeffrey Roberti, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 648 Beach Road to Crescent Property Holdings Partnership for $4,481,400. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 4,746 square feet of living area.

Michael and Maria Finazzo, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1524 North Drive to Jose and Jamie Fernandez De Castro, of Atlanta, for $2.05 million. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath, a pool and 5,285 square feet of living area.

Ladue Lane

Fred Carusona, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 4930 Peregrine Point Way to Andrea Recanatesi and Monica Barth, of Sarasota, for $710,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,325 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $595,000 in 2002.
