Polished Appearance
3:04 p.m. Dec. 7. 700 block of East Ave. Criminal Mischief. A man told officers that his girlfriend of two years had moved out two weeks ago but left most of her belongings and still had a key. She sent him a message on Facebook with a picture of a pile of clothing inside the house, saying "I'm done fucking up your house." When the man returned home, his clothes were all over the floor, and the message, "Fuck you, ___ and bitch ass ___" was written on the door in fingernail polish, which was also spread on a leather sofa. The man's DVD player was also broken, and the girlfriend's property had been removed. The man didn't file any charges, and the officer advised him to change his locks.
Spittin' Mad

One man had been panhandling customers for a few hours, and the other, the store manager, asked him to leave the property several times. The man refused to leave, threatening to kill him because of his nationality. He then spit on the man's shirt, and the men began fighting. The store manager was holding the other man on the ground when officers arrived. Officers reviewed security footage and no assault charges were filed. The man panhandling was issued a trespass warning.
