Pomello Park home sells for $1.24 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Dec. 1 and Dec. 5.

A home in Pomello Park tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Kevin and Annette Brown, of Bradenton, sold their home at 6202 193rd St. E. to Taber Chadwick and Celeste Dockery, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.24 million. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,768 square feet of living area.

Upper Manatee River Road
Brent and Elizabeth Shackelford, of Bradenton, sold their home at 12511 Upper Manatee River Road to Kevin and Annette Brown, of Bradenton, for $800,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,478 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2008.

Riverdale Revised
Jamie Gage, of Palmetto, sold the home at 4628 Barracuda Drive to John and Deborah Weber, of Bradenton, for $752,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,203 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $776,000 in 2004.

Christian and Diane Baker, of Doylestown, Pa., sold their home at 4520 Fourth Ave. Drive E. to Trudi Diamant, of Bradenton, for $214,900. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,580 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $177,000 in 2012.
