High Five Moments of the Week

1 - University of South Florida freshman Marlon Mack, who played for Booker High, was recently named the American Athletic Conference’s Rookie of the Year.

2 - D.J. Bryant finished with 14 points, six assists, five rebounds and three steals to propel the Riverview High boys basketball team to a 60-54 district victory over Manatee Dec. 10.

3 - Carson Jungers scored a hat trick to lead The Out-of-Door Academy boys soccer team to a 7-4 victory over Bayshore Dec. 10.

4 - Sarah Quick scored to goals and had an assist in the Cardinal Mooney girls soccer team’s 3-0 victory over Sarasota Military Academy Dec. 9.

5 - The Out-of-Door Academy boys basketball team held on to beat St. Stephen’s 59-51 in district action Dec. 9.
