Last time we spoke to Alex, he was taking a several-month hiatus from "Come At Me" to really focus on his bulking phase to be able to better throw his weight around in future challenges. This week, he's back and testing the structural integrity of a leotard as he challenges the principal dancers of the Sarasota Ballet.

After hearing that many football players do ballet in the off season to improve agility, he couldn't resist the challenge, and he joined principal dancers Kate Honea and Ricardo Rhodes as they put the final touches on their upcoming performance of Sir Frederick Ashton's "La Fille mal Gardée," which takes place this Friday, Dec. 19 and Saturday, Dec. 20, at the Van Wezel. Tickets start at $35.

Watch as Alex pushes the physical limits of spandex and learns exactly why they call it a bum lift.
