Knightsbridge home sells for $1.05 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Dec. 8 and Dec. 12.

A home in Knightsbridge tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. James and Susan Cook, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7304 Barclay Court to Bruce Claflin and Karen Claflin, trustees, of Islesboro, Maine, for $1.05 million. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,569 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.2 million in 2005.

Stanhope Gate
Robert and Ellen Fenkell, of University Park, sold their home at 7024 Stanhope Place to Nancy Huck and David Huck, trustees, of Chicago, for $630,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,795 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $655,000 in January.

Kenwood Park
Constance Shaver, of Bradenton, sold the home at 8323 Abingdon Court to Andrew Harris and Sandra Gordon, of Schnecksville, Pa., for $585,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,646 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $462,500 in 2013.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
James and Elisebeth Larranaga, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6520 The Masters Ave. to Bret and Cynthia Givens, of Hutchinson, Kan., for $555,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,474 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $509,300 in 2004.

Roger and Brenda Crum, of Rogers, Ark., sold their home at 7339 Lake Forest Glen to Mary Battaglia, of Batavia, N.Y., for $445,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,179 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 2013.

Michael and Helen Feinman sold their home at 6934 Woodmore Terrace to Gustavo Leal, of Lakewood Ranch, for $250,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,565 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $243,000 in 2010.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
Scott and Gina Han, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8312 Quail Greens Terrace to Axel and Helen Zimmermann, of Bradenton, for $525,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,962 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $719,900 in 2006.

Luis and Michelle Toro, of Bradenton, sold their home at 8309 Quail Greens Terrace to Henning and Ansu Swanepoel, of Bradenton, for $455,500. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,242 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,700 in 2006.

Robert and Debra Bystricky, of Bradenton, sold their home at 354 Fairway Isles Lane to John and Helen Carlsen, of Bradenton, for $217,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,861 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $241,000 in 2008.

Central Park
Rebecca Canant, of Dunwoody, Ga., sold her home at 4828 Boston Common Glen to Melvin Dickover and Sandra Isaacson, of Bradenton, for $452,000. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,461 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $355,100 in 2012.

Central Park Lifestyles LLC sold the home at 12047 Forest Park Circle to James and Kenlynne Venable, of Bradenton, for $362,800. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,451 square feet of living area.

Michael Neal, of Bradenton, sold the home at 11224 White Rock Terrace to Frank and Vivienne Damone, of Lakewood Ranch, for $250,000. Built in 2013, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,495 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,700 in 2013.

Charles and Mindie Cantrell, of Independence, Ohio, sold their home at 433 147th Court N.E. to David and Kristin Chambers, of Bradenton, for $450,000. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,173 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $416,100 in 2013.

Joseph Kerata and Lynne Armington sold their home at 6739 Coyote Ridge Court to Robert and Carol MacPhee, of University Park, for $435,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,907 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $465,000 in 2005.

Terry and Andrea Honroth sold their home at 5036 Inverness Drive to Paul and Cecelia Massey, of Sarasota, for $414,500. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,231 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $162,000 in 1998.

Luis Tenorio and Jeanette Pacheco, of Bradenton, sold their home at 414 River Enclave Court to Wendy Kennedy and John Stanton, of Ontario, Canada, for $295,000. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,022 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $262,400 in 2010.

Richard and Gwendolyn Mengel, of N. Venice, sold their Unit V-189 condominium at 7259 Golf Pointe Way to John Fruth and Dian Fruth, trustee, of Sarasota, for $285,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,794 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $177,500 in 2012.
