Garnish with fresh cranberries

How to make cranberry liqueur

You need:

  • 2 cups simple syrup
  • 2 cups of cranberries
  • zest of 1 lime
  • 3 cups of vodka

Blend cranberries and simple syrup in a blender until very finely chopped.

Stir in lemon zest and vodka.

Let the mixture steep in a sealed container for a minimum of four days (you can go all the way up to two weeks).

Store container in the fridge while steeping.

Stir daily.

After steeping, strain the mix through a mesh strainer and cheese cloth to remove all pulp.

Store liqueur in a sealed container, like a corked bottle or a mason jar.

Cheers!
