2 - $2,825,000, CONCESSION
Ernest Hodge, of Union City, Ga., sold his home at 18808 Ganton Ave. to Michael Stone, of Peoria, Ill., for $2,825,000 in May. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, five baths, two half-baths, a pool and 7,325 square feet of living area.

3 - $2,325,000, COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGE
Michelle and Daniel Jungers, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 12552 Highfield Circle to Beth and Charles Riggs, of Waynesburg, Pa., for $2,325,000 in December. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, six baths, a pool and 7,377 square feet of living space. It previously sold for $448,800 in 2005.

4 - $2.25 million, COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGE
Gregory Taylor ad Mark Bowers, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3919 Hawk Island Drive to Mikael and Carol Newman, of Rochester, Minn., for $2.25 million in April. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, five baths, two half-baths, a pool and 5,787 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.75 million in 2008.
