County to host inaugural Clay Court Tennis Championship

Sarasota County Parks and Recreation will host the inaugural Sarasota County Adult Clay Court Tennis Championship Thursday Feb. 13 through Sunday, Feb. 16.

The tournament is open to all tennis players and will be held at Payne Park Tennis Center, 2050 Adams Lane.

Events cost $25 each and include singles and doubles draws for both men and women; Open A, B and C levels.

Players must register online at www.parksonline.scgov.net or fill out a registration form available at Sarasota County facilities. Registration closes at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 11.
