+ Freedom Riders return
Students at The Out-of-Door Academy earned a special historical treat Jan. 29, when they heard from Dr. Ray Arsenault, author of “Freedom Riders: 1961 and the Struggle for Racial Justice.” Arsenault is a professor at the University of South Florida and a historian.
