Lake Club home tops sales at $1,225,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Jan. 20 and Jan. 24.

A home in Lake Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Jack Steenbarger and Susan Molnar, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7909 Waterton Lane to Richard Goldstein, trustee, of Bradenton, for $1,225,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, five baths, two half-baths, a pool and 4,436 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.6 million in 2008.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Samuel Nickols and Keith Nickols, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6934 Brier Creek Court to Robert Ayers and Ronald Miller Jr., of Alpharetta, Ga., for $625,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,724 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $589,000 in 2008.

Paul and Deborah Nattis, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 7411 Riviera Cove to Rupinder and Sukhdarshan Singh, of Mount Laurel, N.J., for $410,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,425 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $471,000 in 2008.

Edgewater Village
David and Terezinha Bounds, of North Bethesda, Md., sold their home at 6610 Windjammer Place to Alexander and Patricia Krulikowski, of Lakewood Ranch, for $595,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,915 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $470,000 in 2011.

Riverdale Revised
Paul Fetscher and Cheryl Courtney-Fetscher, of Dania, sold their home at 4408 Shark Drive to William Biros and Mary Ritchie, of Bradenton, for $452,500. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,062 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $480,000 in 2004.

Heritage Harbour
Bob and Rosie Levin, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7805 River Preserve Drive to Sofronis and Janice Malezis, of Bradenton, for $450,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,672 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2008.

Rosedale Highlands
James and Constance Ryan, of Ajijic, Mexico, sold their home at 5319 97th St. Circle E. to Richard Heryford and Susan Bordas, of Sarasota, for $422,800. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,387 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $648,900 in 2006.

Lawrence and Debbie Morroney, of Madeira Beach, sold their home at 14255 Cattle Egret Place to Daniel and Abbey Terlescki, of Lakewood Ranch, for $368,000. Star of Show Holdings LLC sold the home at 115 41st St. N.E. to Kent and Valerie Ellermets, of Bradenton, for $285,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,661 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2006.

Central Park
Central Park Lifestyles LLC sold the home at 4910 Mission Park Lane to Tina Harvey, of Sarasota, for $282,000. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,044 square feet of living area.

Notting Hill
Tariq Rashid and N.A. Rashid, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7114 Kensington Court to Albert and Brenda Wallenhorst, of Murfreesboro, Tenn., for $254,000. Built in 1997, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,705 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 2001.

Mote Ranch
Andrew and Jennifer Weiss, of University Park, sold their home at 6513 Copper Ridge Trail to John and Nadine Borys, of Olyphant, Pa., for $245,800. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,162 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $191,000 in 2011.

Laura and Eric Greco sold their home at 8203 Summer Greens Terrace to Lawrence and Debra Dillingham, of Bradenton, for $205,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,665 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $190,000 in 2013.

Dan and Josephine Legg, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 169 condominium at 7304 Eleanor Circle to Michael and Barbara Carrera, of Lincolnwood, Ill., for $200,000. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,215 square feet of living area. It sold for $167,000 in 2003.
