When I think of Valentine's Day, I think of a lot of things: love, passion, thoughtfulness, romance, roses, candy and so much more. It's the day people go above and beyond for that special someone in their lives.

If you’re planning a night of romance for him or her, I have the perfect way to start and end. With these sexy cocktails, your sweetheart will surely be yours forever.

For him: Butter pecan bourbon milkshake

You will need:

• 1 ½ oz. preferred bourbon
• 1 ½ cups  butter pecan ice cream
• ½ cup whole milk
• 2 tablespoons toasted pecans
• ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp. maple syrup

Place all ingredients in a blender and purée on highest speed until smooth and creamy. Pour into chilled glass and serve your man the best drink of his life.

For her: Chocolate strawberry martini

You will need:

• 15 strawberries
• 1 bottle preferred vodka
• 2 ½ oz. infused strawberry vodka
• ½ oz. white creme de coco
• 1 oz. French vanilla cream

Start by infusing strawberry vodka by cutting 15 strawberries and placing them in jar with tight-fitting lid. Pour 1 bottle of preferred vodka on top and let sit in a dark, cool room for four days. Now, you're ready to create. Place all ingredients in a shaker over ice, then shake and strain into a martini glass and garnish with a chocolate-covered strawberry — this martini you will send her over the moon.
