Country Club Village home sells for $1.5 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Jan. 27 and Jan. 31.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Mario Zangari, trustee, and Elaine Gustafson, of Sarasota, sold the home at 7214 Teal Creek Glen to Timothy and Deborah Holt, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.5 million. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,977 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,295,000 in 2006.

River Club South
Antony Reed, of Sarasota, sold the home at 9808 Sweetwater Ave. to Gerald and Loretta Luhman, of Sarasota, for $465,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 3,671 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 2013.

Bank of America sold the home at 9610 Governors Club Place to Rabun and Dana Moss, of Bradenton, for $409,900. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,480 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $306,200 in 1997.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Robert Mims and Barbara Davies-Mims sold their home at 7236 Presidio Glen to Russell and Pamela Lutz, of Lakewood Ranch, for $402,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,135 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $542,500 in 2007.

Virginia Water
Loch Ness Investments LLC sold the home at 7103 Prestwick Court to Louis A. Rosen, trustee, for $382,500. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,017 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $253,000 in 2013.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Stirling Equity Group LLC sold the home at 7118 Westhill Court to Charles and Gaye Smith, of Lakewood Ranch, for $364,200. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,209 square feet of living area.

Treymore at the Villages of Palm-Aire
Nationstar Mortgage LLC sold the home at 7131 Treymore Court to Mission Property Partners LLC for $336,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,735 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $382,900 in 2003.

GreyHawk Landing West
The Ryland Group Inc. sold the home at 938 Buttercup Glen to Steffanie Dickhudt, of Bradenton, for $321,800. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,634 square feet of living area.

Central Park
Central Park Lifestyles LLC sold the home at 11412 Belvedere Terrace to Bette Green, of Bradenton, for $295,300. Built in 2013, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,889 square feet of living area.

Savannah Preserve at University Place
Savannah Preserve Inc. sold the Unit 8045 condominium at 8045 Tybee Court to Beverly Lui, of University Park, for $292,900. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,557 square feet of living area.

The Lagoon at Tidewater Preserve
WCI Communities LLC sold the Unit D condominium at 1031 Riverscape St. to Kathleen Pleshaw, of Bradenton, for $287,500. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,332 square feet of living area.

Mill Creek
The Bank of New York Mellon, trustee, sold the home at 1706 141st St. E. to Jeanne and William Tarka, of Bradenton, for $275,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,623 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $432,000 in 2006.

Victor Mongillo, of Lakewood Ranch, sold his home at 13627 Second Ave. E. to Raquel Mongillo, of Lakewood Ranch, for $236,300. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,340 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2007.

Beatriz and Camerino Alvarez sold their home at 16305 S.R. 64 E. to Leanh Garden Inc. for $275,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,560 square feet of living area.

Stephen Lamanna, of Bradenton, sold his home at 11510 Pimpernel Drive to Beazer Pre-Owned Homes II LLC for $261,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,595 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $278,000 in 2004.

Salvatore Boccio, trustee, of Bradenton, sold the home at 13539 Glossy Isbis Place to Muhammad Saleem, of Bradenton, for $217,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,732 square feet of living area.

Kari and Tracy Swartz, of Parrish, sold their home at 15318 Searobbin Drive to Tommy and Ada Reed, of Tampa, for $215,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,534 square feet of living area. It sold for $138,900 in 2010.

Jason Keshish and Janelle Damrau, of Parrish, sold their home at 5760 99th Ave. Circle E. to Guy and Amy Cates, of Bradenton, for $244,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,072 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $277,000 in 2008.

Susan Pelletteire, of Nokesville, Va., sold her home at 5611 32nd St. E. to Robert and Lucinda Schooks, of Ann Arbor, Mich., for $235,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,963 square feet of living area.
