A home in Bay Isles tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. James Lippert and Teresa Lippert, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 510 Harbor Pointe Road to J.A. Spencer, trustee, of Troy Mich., for $2,425,000. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, seven baths, a pool and 4,533 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.5 million in 2003.
The Water Club at Longboat Key
David and Kathryn Cyganowski, of Bronxville, N.Y., sold their Unit 703 condominium at 1281 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Martha Noyes, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $1.8 million. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 3,054 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.95 million in 2005.

Christopher McLaughlin Jr., Catherine McLaughlin Castaldo and Elizabeth McLaughlin Hope, trustees, sold the Unit 712 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Frank and Michele Mandell, of Longboat Key, for $1.38 million. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,273 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 1997.
Howard and Pearl Fishman, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 102 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Richard Katz and Kathleen Katz, trustees, of Dekalb, Ill., for $630,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,100 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $339,000 in 1988.

Jerry Bowles and Gay Bowles, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 310 condominium at 5481 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Cherie Hamed, of Victor, N.Y., for $1 million. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,721 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 1997.

Gerald McMullen and Virginia Stewart sold their Unit 101-N condominium at 2301 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Cindy Yancey, of Rochester, N.Y., for $600,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $850,000 in 2006.

Nicole and David Dellinger, of Panama City, sold their home at 3970 Royal Road to Edward Principe and Sharon Randall, of Marblehead, Mass., for $530,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,245 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $850,000 in 2006.

Mary Jones, of Clearwater, sold her Unit 109 condominium at 7000 Gulf Drive to Susan Wadsworth, trustee, for $420,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,610 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $805,000 in 2005.

Maureen Merrigan, trustee, of Chicago, sold the home at 450 Firehouse Court to Laura Forecki and Lynette Emmons, of Michigan City, Ind., for $396,000. Built in 1950, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,012 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,000 in 1996.
