Edgewater Village home sells for $530,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Feb. 3 and Feb. 7.

A home in Edgewater Village tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Kathleen and Walter Schwartz, of Indian Harbour Beach, sold their home at 6557 Waters Edge Way to Paulenne and J. Michael Kirschenbaum, of Lakewood Ranch, for $530,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,498 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2008.

Riverdale Revised
Anthony and Barbara DiGioia, of Bradenton, sold their home at 4708 Spinnaker Drive to Joseph and Christina Strazzante, of Bradenton, for $525,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,308 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $465,000 in 2012.

Caroline Israelsson sold her home at 4624 Swordfish Drive to Richard and Kathleen Pianka, of East Haddam, Conn., for $515,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,434 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2001.

Joel Grossman sold his home at 4711 Spinnaker Drive to John Warfield and Laura Bishoff-Warfield, of Bradenton, for $438,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,646 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $490,000 in 2003.
