High five moments of the week

1 - The Cardinal Mooney High boys basketball team defeated Clearwater Central Catholic 67-36 in the Class 3A-Region 3 quarterfinals Feb. 13.

2 - Sarah Beth Wengerd hit a grand slam and finished with five RBIs to lead the Sarasota softball team to a 9-4 victory over Manatee Feb. 13.

3 - The Out-of-Door Academy boys and girls tennis teams defeated Tampa Catholic 6-0 and 4-0, respectively, Feb. 12.

4 - The Cardinal Mooney baseball team defeated Sarasota Christian 3-2 to win its season opener Feb. 11.
