Sapphire Shores home sells for $1.15 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Feb. 3 and Feb. 7.

A home in Sapphire Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert and Jayne Savage, of Sarasota, sold their home at 315 S. Shore Drive to Alan Kesten, trustee, of University Park, for $1.15 million. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,414 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.3 million in 2003.

Also in Sapphire Shores, Fernando and Agata Gobic sold their home at 4924 Brywill Circle to Iain Webb and Margaret Barbieri-Webb, of Sarasota, for $870,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,593 square feet of living area.

Desota Park
James Pippen, of Sarasota, sold his home at 1904 Hyde Park St. to Gloria Rigopulos, trustee, of Sarasota, for $640,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 3,121 square feet of living area.

Holiday Harbor
John and Mary Murray, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7791 N. Holiday Drive to Gary Toye and Jeanne DeBeer, of Sarasota, for $520,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,132 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $975,000 in 2004.

Nichols
Timothy and Jessica Rodgers sold their home at 1717 Hillview St. to Bruce Wagner and Janet Baublis, of Ann Arbor, Mich., for $503,000. Built in 1954, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,502 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $239,000 in 2010.

Ronald and Kari Moroz, of Montgomery, Texas, sold their Unit 1002 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to Gary Besemer and Susan Berg-Besemer, of Sarasota, for $472,500. David Baker, of Osprey, sold his home at 2612 Mulberry Terrace to Gary Garnjobst, of Sarasota, for $470,000. Built in 1949, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,148 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $66,000 in 1986.

Robert and Cynthia Widman, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1625 Quail Drive to NXT Generation Real Estate of Florida LLC for $425,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,888 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $58,500 in 1977.

Gary and Susan Besemer sold their Unit B-407 condominium at 100 Central Ave. to Primo and Mary Lombardi, of Oak Bluffs, Mass., for $420,000. Built in 2005, it has one bedroom, two baths and 1,180 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,000 in 2010.
