Christiana Trust, trustee, sold the home at 7435 Greystone St. to Audrey Price, of Bradenton, for $700,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 4,296 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,201,900 in 2013.

Encore Properties I LLC sold the home at 6406 Shoal Creek St. Circle to Michael and Arianne Austen, of Bradenton, for $472,500. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,108 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $296,600 in 2012.
