L'Ambiance condominium sells for $2.5 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Feb. 10 and Feb. 14.

A condominium in L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Barbara DePaul, trustee, sold the Unit A-201 condominium at 415 L’Ambiance Drive to Maurice and Carolyn Cunniffe, of Greenwich, Conn., for $2.5 million. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths and 3,220 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.9 million in 2012.

Grand Bay
J. Donald and Sarah Morris, of Gainsville, Va., sold their Unit 166 condominium at 3060 Grand Bay Blvd. to Charles and Deirdre Schueppert, of Kent, England, for $1,395,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,781 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.1 million in 2000.

Country Club Shores
Silvana Nandin and Antonia Gilberti, of Sarasota, sold their home at 561 Gunwale Lane to James and Marina Farr, of Longboat Key, for $1,342,500. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,506 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,182,500 in 2006.

Sea Gate Club
James McIntosh, trustee, of Mason, Ohio, sold the Unit 6-E condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Peter and Helga Biggs, trustee, of Winchester, Mass., for $785,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,470 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $520,000 in 2011.

Beachplace
Lenore Asher, of Dedham, Mass., sold the Unit 404 condominium at 1135 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Judy Lighter, of Port Washington, N.Y., for $725,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in 1998.

Seaplace
M&T Bank sold the Unit M2-115 condominium at 1945 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Steven Micheletti and Kimberly Matuck, of Glen Ellyn, Ill., for $385,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,076 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $580,000 in 2007.

First Longboat Harbour
Ernest Enhorning and Corinne Townsend sold their Unit 108 condominium at 4350 Chatham Drive to Patricia Martini and Ciro Amato, of Califon, N.J., for $231,000. Built in 1969, it has one bedroom, one bath and 1,092 square feet of living area.

Cedars East
Elizabeth Neupert, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 21 condominium at 535 Forest Way to Patrick and Mary Kondrat, of Longboat Key, for $215,000. Built in 1990, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $322,500 in 2004.

Lido Harbour Towers

Buckswild Properties LLC sold the Unit 307 condominium at 1770 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Diana Garcia, of Sarasota, for $500,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,207 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 2011.
