Curator of Performance Dwight Currie announced the 2014 Ringling International Arts Festival Wednesday, Feb. 26 at The Historic Asolo Theater. The festival offers seven different diverse performances and tickets are on sale at the box office. Visit Ringling.org for more information.

The performances are as follows:

Berlin-based juggler Stefan Sing and his ballerina wife Cristiana Casadio will perform a pas de deux (or partner dance) combining the two art forms.

Duo Amal:
This pianist duo combines Bishara Haroni of Palestine and Yaron Kohlberg of Israel.

Bolero Sarasota:
Curated by Larry Keigwin of the Broadway production “If/Then.” Keigwin has brought Bolero, a dance project involving 50 to 60 community members, to cities around the nation and now is choreographing a piece for Sarasota.

Vijay Iyer Trio:

The Table:
The Table is a three-person puppeteer group that brings to life Moses — a puppet having an existential crisis on a table.

The Intergalactic Nemesis
What Currie calls “just for fun” this group brings to life a graphic novel in a production.
