Harbor Acres home sells for $3.65 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Feb. 10 and Feb. 14.

A home in Harbor Acres tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert and Linda Easterle sold their home at 1435 Hillview Drive to Patricia Porter, trustee, of Sarasota, for $3.65 million. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath, a pool and 4,876 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3.45 million in 2004.

Peter and Susan Easton, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1396 Harbor Drive to Hyde Park International Finance Group LLC for $2.5 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, two half-baths, a pool and 6,566 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3,948,200 in 2006.

SARASOTA
Marina Tower
Penelope Hill, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 304 condominium at 1233 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Milford Desenberg III, trustee, of Sarasota, for $1.3 million. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 3,980 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $850,000 in 2011.

McClellan Park
James Wallace, trustee, of Athens, Ga., sold the home at 2141 McClellan Parkway to Steven and Mary Paschall, of Sarasota, for $1.15 million. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,876 square feet of living area.

Gravitas Woodstock LLC sold the home at 1625 Seminole Drive to Richard Farr, trustee, of Ithaca, N.Y., for $760,000. Built in 1925, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 1,878 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $570,000 in 2010.

Antoine Cantin and Sophie Cantin sold their home at 1713 Hawthorne St. to WSL Development LLC for $910,000. Built in 1925, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,712 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $975,000 in 2008.

The Landings
Deborah Knowles, of Sarasota, sold her home at 1780 Pine Harrier Circle to Helene Myers, of Sarasota, for $638,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,942 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2013.

Thomas and Tana Gruss, trustees, sold the home at 1714 Pine Harrier Circle to William Story, trustee, of Sarasota, for $550,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,408 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2000.

Chandler Sweetser, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 207 condominium at 1255 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Frances and David Lambert, of Sarasota, for $435,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,629 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $317,800 in 2005.

Ten Eyck & Keegan Inc. sold the home at 6621 Seagate Ave. to Dawn Martin and Scott Randell, of Sarasota, for $402,500. Built in 1961, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,790 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 2013.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 3374 Spring Mill Circle to Michael Stafford, of Sarasota, for $272,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,201 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2006.

Teresa Harrison, of Mill Valley, Calif., sold her home at 3353 Higel Ave. to Charles Smith III and Amie Ward, of Sarasota, for $1,755,700.
