The following residential real estate transactions took place between Dec. 16 and Dec. 20. A home in Country Club Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Geza and Ilona Benko, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 531 Chipping Lane to Victor and Anamaria Mitchell, of Castle Rock, Colo., for $760,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,341 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 1995.

Gestion Danielle Luc Inc. sold the Unit M1-109H condominium at 2045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mary and Frank Schreck, of Buffalo, N.Y., for $501,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,265 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2009.

Dennis and Deborah Grotke, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 21 condominium at 6945 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Judith Krasnow, trustee, of Hinsdale, Ill., for $480,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $181,000 in 1993.
