Country Club East home sells for $799,400

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Dec. 23 and Dec. 27.

A home in Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Taylor Morrison of Florida Inc. sold the home at 7315 Haddington Cove to Kamal and Patricia Sarbadhikari, of Longboat Key, for $799,400. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,841 square feet of living area.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Henry and Ruth Vaccaro, of Palmetto, sold their home at 528 Sand Crane Court to Nancy Webb, trustee, of Ontario, Canada, for $700,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,538 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $660,500 in 2005.

Riverdale Revised
Maureen and Lawrence Stanczak, of Bradenton, sold their home at 4704 Halyard Drive to Octavio and Marlene Vidal, of Bradenton, for $615,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,108 square feet of living area.

Wentworth
Jeremiah and Catherine McDonald, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7212 St. Georges Way to Robert and Margaret Brooks, of University Park, for $600,000. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,789 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $795,000 in 2006.

Central Park
Lee Wetherington Homes LLC sold the home at 12008 Longview Lake Circle to Bryan Flanagan and Tamara Flanagan, trustees, of Lorton, Va., for $549,900. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,770 square feet of living area.

River Club South
Charles and Dorothy Tirrell, of Celebration, sold their home at 7536 Harrington Lane to James and Holly Waite, of Bradenton, for $545,000. Built in 1999, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,425 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $490,000 in 2010.

Greenbrook Village
Stephen and Rhonda Harrison, of Bradenton, sold their home at 6610 Rosy Barb Court to Anthony Gula, of Bradenton, for $487,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,117 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2008.

Arthur Rosenberg sold his home at 13458 Purple Finch Circle to Christopher Horlacher and Tomi Jo Crawford, of Bradenton, for $290,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,415 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $355,000 in 2005.

Myles and Kelly Detterman sold their home at 7618 Broomsedge Court to James Oberthaler and Suellen Oberthaler, trustees, of Annapolis, Md., for $469,900. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,060 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,500 in 2011.

Dustin and Kimberly Mast, of Middlebury, Ind., sold their home at 14725 Second Ave. Circle N.E. to Daniel and Rebecca Powers, of Bradenton, for $435,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,027 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $304,900 in 2010.

Randall and Dawn Burcham, of Nokomis, sold their home at 7410 Lake Forest Glen to Joel and Sandra Felsenfeld, of Lakewood Ranch, for $405,000. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,063 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,000 in 2011.

M/I Homes of Tampa LLC sold the home at 4682 Royal Dornoch Circle to David and Constance Thelen, of Bradenton, for $337,700. Built in 2013, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,825 square feet of living area.

William and Kathleen Winkler, of Bradenton, sold their home at 6469 Shoal Creek St. Circle to George and Kristen Widunas, of Bradenton, for $335,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,119 square feet of living area.

Miramar Lagoons at Lakewood Ranch
Miramar at Lakewood Ranch LLC sold the Unit 84 condominium at 8104 Miramar Way to Rolf and Debra Nielsen, of Bradenton, for $302,900. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,169 square feet of living area.

Moira Glaiel, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the Unit 201 condominium at 8427 Miramar Way to Terence and Denise O’Neill, of Bronxville, N.Y., for $275,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,024 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $240,000 in 2008.

Moorings at Edgewater
Peggy Giroux, trustee, of Massena, N.Y., sold the Unit 102 condominium at 6560 Moorings Point Circle to Lawrence Klepetko, of Sarasota, for $299,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,804 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 2010.

Cypress Creek Estates
Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC sold the home at 6122 Ninth Ave. Circle N.E. to Jeffrey and Sara Ranke, of Bradenton, for $280,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,465 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $574,000 in 2006.

Mote Ranch Village
Philip and Nicki Coffaro, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5746 Carriage Drive to Daniel Harbert and Carol Kiley, of Monroe, Mich., for $275,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,024 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $167,000 in 1996.

Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 10624 Old Grove Circle to FREO Florida LLC for $223,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,722 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 2005.

Desoto Lakes Country Club Colony
Mark and Sandra Johnston, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7921 Estates Drive to Angela Gustafson, of Sarasota, for $220,000. Built in 1981, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,405 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $297,900 in 2004.

River Isles
Ernest and Susan Lueder, of Bradenton, sold their home at 1501 N. Knollwood Drive to Dorothy Bugbee, trustee, of Bradenton, for $220,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,210 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $127,500 in 2012.
