High five moments of the week

1 - Booker running back Marlon Mack (5A), Cardinal Mooney offensive lineman Wyatt Knopfke (3A) and ODA punter Bryan Kirshe (3A), above, all were named to the Associated Press All-State football first team.

2 - Sarasota Military Academy wrestlers Connor Steinfeld and Billy Sadlo both placed in the top five at the Cougar Invitational Dec. 20 and Dec. 21.

3 - Lisa Hoffman scored 17 points to lead The Out-of-Door Academy girls basketball team to a 32-24 victory over Northside Christian Jan. 6.

4 - Camila Montoya and Juhnae Richardson both finished in double figures to lead the Riverview High girls basketball team to a 52-49 victory over Sarasota Christian Jan. 6.

5 - The Riverview High boys basketball team held on to beat Lake Mary 51-46 in the Battle at the Beach boys basketball showcase Jan. 4.
