A home in Point Crisp tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. John and Lynn Noble, of Northampton, Pa., sold their home at 1456 Point Crisp Road to Michael Mitchell, of Sarasota, for $3.7 million. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, five baths, one half-bath, a pool and 4,867 square feet of living area.

William Holden, trustee, of West Palm Beach, sold the Unit 70 condominium at 166 Golden Gate Point to Ewald and Linda Hoelker, of Longboat Key, for $1.85 million. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 4,200 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,979,500 in 2006.

Flora Major, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 1505 condominium at 1111 Ritz Carlton Drive to Gail Blumenthal, of Fort Lee, N.J., for $1,085,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,057 square feet of living area.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 928 condominium at 1299 N. Tamiami Trail to Ronald and Sandra Davis, of Sarasota, for $950,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,206 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,047,000 in 2003.
Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 611 condominium at 1301 N. Tamiami Trail to Marguerite Opolos, of Sarasota, for $500,000. Built in 2000, it has one bedroom, one bath, one half-bath and 1,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in March.

Arnold Wong, of Virginia Beach, Va., sold his Unit C619 condominium at 100 Central Ave. to Michael Moore and Galen Stockton-Moore, of Denver, for $434,900. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,114 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $373,000 in 2005.

Michael O’Hanlon sold the Unit 405 condominium at 6140 Midnight Pass Road to Horizons West 405 LLC for $710,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,296 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $605,000 in 2001.

Walter and Mary Deskiewicz, of Phoenix, N.Y., sold their Unit 122 condominium at 1321 Dockside Place to Anthony DiLucente, of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, for $525,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,217 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 2012.

S.K. and Rosanne Mehta, of Mequon, Wis., sold their Unit 702 condominium at 401 N. Point Road to John and Elizabeth Krause, of Twin Lakes, Wis., for $475,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,055 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $554,000 in 2003.

Denise Iona and Walter Talley, of Osprey, sold their home at 689 Rivendell Blvd. to Suresh Puthanveetil, of Osprey, for $350,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,256 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,000 in April.

Rolf Peterson and Catharine Peterson, of Largo, sold their home at 137 Shoreland Drive to Ryan Caudle and Loran Ransom, of Osprey, for $290,000. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,658 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $100,000 in 1982.
+ Correction
In the Dec. 26 issue, we inadvertently omitted the top home sale in the listing of the top transactions of 2013. The highest home-sale price was $10 million for the home at 3410 Flamingo Ave., on Siesta Key.
The six-bedroom property, sold in February, is called “Snook Inn” for its Old Florida resort-like feel, according to a release from Michael Saunders & Co., whose agents represented both the buyer and seller. The sellers were Philip and Brooke Callanen; buyers were Kenneth and Grace Solinsky, of Bedford, N.H.
The more than 6,000-square-foot home, with a deep-water, double-vessel boathouse, is on nearly two acres with 500 feet that front Sarasota Bay. The home features an antique pine-paneled library, custom millwork, waterfront verandas and a one-bedroom guest suite attached to the boathouse. A resort-style swimming pool is outside, in addition to shuffleboard courts.The architect was Clifford Scholz, and the builder was Michael Collingwood.
