Pomello Park home sells for $1.15 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Dec. 30 and Jan. 3.

A home in Pomello Park tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Mark Cahill, of Bradenton, sold his home at 21210 77th Ave. E. to Jerry and Lisle Ogle, of Bradenton, for $1.15 million. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,090 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Sheila Trust, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 7063 Vilamoura Place to Michael Balfe and Jacqueline Harris, of Lakewood Ranch, for $645,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,811 square feet of living area.

Riverdale Revised
Joseph and Doreen Comforto, of Bradenton, sold their home at 3723 Fourth Ave. N.E. to Gregory and Brenda Fox, of Bradenton, for $460,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,766 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $405,000 in 2002.

Watercrest
Eugene and Irene Bracci, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their Unit 201 condominium at 6482 Watercrest Way to John Lewis, of Lakewood Ranch, for $451,300. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,134 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $472,500 in 2007.

James and Holly Waite, of Bradenton, sold their home at 13403 Purple Finch Circle to Shane and Annette Correa, of Lakewood Ranch, for $425,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,518 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $362,000 in 2012.

Carl Blazejewski and Michael Mulcahy sold their home at 6611 Pirate Perch Trail to Jack and Tina Carter, of Lakewood Ranch, for $390,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,514 square feet of living area.

Timothy Potter and Daniel Howe, of Lum, Mich., sold their home at 6215 217th St. E. to Glenn and Mary Wiecek, of Bradenton, for $345,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,324 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2008.
