+ Couple stirs the pot at Food Festival
Longboat Key residents Alan and Judy Fishbein were key ingredients to the success of Temple Sinai’s Jan. 12 Jewish Food Fest. That’s because the couple served as food captains for the event that drew nearly 2,000 people, who sampled Jewish foods such as blintzes, corned beef sandwiches, knishes and Hammentasen.
