The Sarasota-Manatee Multiple Listing Service released sales figures for local Realtors in 2013. Here are the top 10 agents, according to sales volume, and the top Longboat sales in 2013.

Top Single-family home Sale
6001 Gulf of Mexico Drive: $6.8 million

Listing agents: Addy-Wittig Team, Michael Saunders & Co.’s Longboat Key South office, and Jonathan Abrams, of the Michael Saunders Siesta Key office

Buyer’s agent: Lynne Koy, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Longboat Key office

The new 6,959-square-foot home has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms and more than an acre of Gulf-front land.

The home has a 12-person Jacuzzi that cascades into a 40-foot Gulf-front pool. It also features a fire pit, summer kitchen and covered terrace for al fresco dining, a three-stop elevator, volume ceilings, custom millwork and moldings throughout the home and a gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry.

Top Condo Sale
L’Ambiance Penthouse M, 435 L’Ambiance Drive: $6.75 million

Agent: Cheryl Loeffler, Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, represented both the buyer and seller.

The 5,170-square-foot unit has four bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms and 2,400 square feet of wraparound terraces. The $6.75 million sale price represents the highest amount recorded for a condominium sale in Sarasota County history.
