Condominium in Crescent sells for $1,825,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Jan. 6 and Jan. 10.

A condominium in Crescent tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Lorne and Mary Liechty and Kevin and Brenda McGinnis, of Dallas, sold their Unit AN-502 condominium at 6512 Midnight Pass Road to 502 Crescent LLC for $1,825,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,143 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,725,000 in 2011.

SARASOTA
1350 Main
Linda Daniel, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 1000 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Christian Spaulding and Karoline Spaulding, of Hellerup, Denmark, for $572,500. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,268 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $532,700 in 2007.

Condominium on the Bay
Ronald and Carole Wolfson sold their Unit 207 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to Alphonse and Joanna Viviano, of Chicago, for $460,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,288 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $305,000 in 2012.

Osprey Avenue
Laurel Park Properties Inc. sold the home at 405 S. Osprey Ave. to Milano Homes LLC for $435,000. Built in 1925, it has five bedrooms, five baths and 2,712 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,000 in 1998.

Rivo at Ringling
Fannie Mae sold the Unit 806 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to Barbara and Stephen Baseman, of Sarasota, for $417,500. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,483 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,700 in June.

Poinsettia Park
L&D Lifestyle LLC sold the home at 1842 Rose St. to DR Horton Inc. for $325,000. Built in 1949, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,094 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2012.

Booths
Srloft LLC sold the home at 1767 Arlington St. to Magnavent LLC for $300,000. Built in 1925, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,130 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 2004.

Granada
John Walter, of Sarasota, sold his home at 3528 Palonia Court to RJJM LLC for $300,000. Built in 1939, it has one bedroom, one bath and 904 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 2002.

Forest Lakes Country Club Estates
Claire Steinforth, of Sarasota, sold her home at 3219 Pine Valley Drive to Kenneth Elder Jr. and Paula Robson, of Sarasota, for $275,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,924 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $48,000 in 1973.

Huntington Pointe
Pamela Garruppo, of Sarasota, sold her home at 8972 Huntington Pointe Drive to Noah and Brittany Riner, of Louisville, Ky., for $264,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,827 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2004.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. sold the home at 2851 Hardee Drive to Lorraine Holm, of Sarasota, for $260,000. Built in 1976, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,753 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $415,000 in 2006.

Broadway Promenade
Nikoa and Natalie Danon, of Houston, sold their Unit 1635 condominium at 1064 N. Tamiami Trail to Asif and Surraya Faiz, of Arlington, Va., for $232,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,051 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $213,000 in 2009.

Brook Side
Christopher and Lilah Sol, of Richmond, Va., sold their home at 2646 Bryce Lane to John and Jennifer Parish, of Sarasota, for $215,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,953 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,000 in 2009.

Dustin and Heather Secor, of St. Petersburg, sold their home at 3690 Kingston Blvd. to Ping Zhu, of Little Neck, N.Y., for $215,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,581 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,000 in 2007.

Ben Tucker and Phyllis Johnston, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5444 Azure Way to Mark and Claire Billingham, of Herts, United Kingdom, for $1.05 million. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,140 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,000 in 2002.

The Pointe on Midnight Pass
Harry and Barbara Edgeworth, of Bloomington, Ind., sold their Unit 805 condominium at 9397 Midnight Pass Road to Robert Heisner, of Sarasota, for $515,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,029 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $699,500 in 2006.

Polynesian Gardens
Sandra Smith, of Mechanicsburg, Ohio, sold her Unit P-6 condominium at 1229 Moonmist Circle to Jack Domin, of Lancaster, N.Y., for $290,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 985 square feet of living area.

Whispering Sands
Richard and Judith Watson, of Pittsboro, N.C., sold their Unit 101 condominium at 225 Hourglass Way to P. Paul and Juleen Henderson, of Rochester, Ind., for $275,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,271 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $100,000 in 1997.
