Lake Club home tops sales at $1.35 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Jan. 13 and Jan. 17.

A home in Lake Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. John Cannon Homes Properties LLC sold the home at 16019 Topsail Terrace to Timothy Koerner, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.35 million. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,354 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Larry and Evelyn Putt, of Camp Hill, Pa., sold their home at 7015 Dominion Lane to Frances Havill, of Bradenton, for $1.1 million. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,957 square feet of living area.

Brian and Kathleen Weiner, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7234 Lake Forest Glen to Richard Hagenbach and Cynthia Postma, of Lakewood Ranch, for $475,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,296 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $437,500 in 2010.

Sara Mills, of The Villages, sold her home at 8322 Tartan Fields Circle to Elizabeth Mulroy, trustee, of Marshfield, Mass., for $272,500. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,565 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $240,000 in 2012.
