The following residential real estate transactions took place between Jan. 13 and Jan. 17.

A condominium in Longboat Key Towers tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Kathleen Bavely, of Sarasota, sold her Unit S-1001 condominium at 601 Longboat Club Road to Elliott Hilsinger, trustee, of Cincinnati, for $1,675,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,420 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.65 million in 2006.

Promenade
Walter and Nancy Grahn, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 611 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert Flaum and Nancy Kaplan-Flaum, of Scarsdale, N.Y., for $1,275,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,273 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $670,000 in 1998.

Bay Isles
Aldo and Sheila Botti, of Burr Ridge, Ill., sold their home at 3600 Bayou Circle to Buckswild Properties LLC for $729,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,934 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $640,000 in 2003.

The Shore
James and Gail Sherer, of Bradenton, sold their Unit 208 condominium at 5757 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Janet and Philip Cady, of Longboat Key, for $519,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,561 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 2000.

Sleepy Lagoon Park
Jason and Stephenie Minor, of Grapevine, Texas, sold their home at 737 Norton St. to David Industrial Partners Inc. for $500,000. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,665 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $436,000 in 2009.

Casa del Mar
Ella Russell, of Lubbock, Texas, sold her Unit 13 condominium at 4621 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Ross and Valerie Schneiderman, of Ridgefield, Conn., for $320,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $60,000 in 1984.

Joseph and Regina Platano and Paula and Robert Elfont, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 5-A condominium at 1700 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Stephen Piazza, of Cos Cob, Conn., for $527,500. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,492 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 1996.

Lido Towers
U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the Unit 501 condominium at 1001 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Kenneth and Rose Krutt, of Winchester, Mass., for $351,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,293 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2005.

Federal National Mortgage Association sold the Unit 503 condominium at 1001 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Christopher and Janice Amstutz, of Sarasota, for $216,000. Built in 1980, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 813 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $337,000 in 2004.
