Three-bedroom Lido Key home sells for $2.35 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between June 16 and June 20.

A home on Lido Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Famlpro Inc. sold the home at 400 Bowdoin Circle to Pavilionworks LLC for $2.35 million. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,435 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.25 million in 1992.

L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club
Charles and Constance Cotros, of Memphis, Tenn., sold their Unit L-307 condominium at 435 L’Ambiance Drive to Coleen Flad, of Middleton, Wis., for $1.4 million. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,385 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.56 million in 2012.

Sanctuary at Longboat Key Club
Solomon and Gillian Potel, of London, sold their Unit B-304 condominium at 585 Sanctuary Drive to David Byerly and Abby Byerly, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $1.2 million. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,785 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $560,000 in 1999.

Grand Bay
Naso and Helen Dzongowski, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 294 condominium at 3040 Grand Bay Blvd. to Paul and Amy Lidsky, of Plymouth, Minn., for $1.05 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,369 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 1996.

Country Club Shores
Steve and Betsy Friedman, of Memphis, Tenn., sold their home at 524 Gunwale Lane to Phineas and Sara Demink, of Bemus Point, N.Y., for $725,000. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,135 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $621,000 in 2012.

La Playa
Ellen Peterson, trustee, sold the Unit 107 condominium at 4425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Innovative Investors LLC for $515,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,008 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $775,000 in 2005.

Sea Pines
Dorothy Beemsterboer, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 21 condominium at 6951 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Paul and Linda Fritz, of Geneva, Ill., for $475,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 1990.

Longbeach
Daniel Anber, of Quebec, Canada, sold his home at 601 Russell St. to Mary Williams, of Longboat Key, for $350,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,050 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $130,000 in 1996.

Cedars East
Janelle Schlick, of Woodbury, Minn., sold her Unit 14 condominium at 814 Evergreen Way to Joachim Eilert and Ulrike Eilert, of Niedersachsen, Germany, for $320,000. Built in 1991, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $262,500 in 2001.

Windward Bay
David and Elizabeth Bosing, of Quebec, Canada, sold their Unit 202 condominium at 4700 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mary Jahnke, of St. Paul, Minn., for $285,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 2003.

Seaplace
Mary Sankaran, trustee, of Rockford, Ill., sold the Unit G3-203-D condominium at 2039 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Gennady and Tatyana Brayman, of West Bloomfield, Mich., for $248,700. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,214 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $212,500 in 2000.

Longboat Harbour
John and Paulette Dragotta, trustees, of The Villages, sold the Unit 203 condominium at 4420 Exeter Drive to Joseph and Sharon Mackovjak, of Ann Arbor, Mich., for $240,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 992 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $131,000 in 1995.
