First America Bank showed its love for the local Humane Society June 13, at its “Paws for a Cause” adoption event. In addition to raising more than $1,750 in donations during the month of June, First America Bank also gifted the Humane Society with hundreds of pounds of pet food and supplies. The adoption event, held at the organization’s downtown location, was broadcast live on 107.9 FM and resulted in the adoption of three Humane Society pups. First America Bank plans on holding another drive in December.
