Panther Ridge home sells for $710,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between July 7 and July 11.

A home in Preserve at Panther Ridge tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Karl and Kristina Ordetx, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7824 Panther Ridge Trail to Joshua and Laura Colkmire, of Bradenton, for $710,000. Built in 2003, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,803 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $565,900 in 2007.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Garland and Joan Craft sold their home at 15222 Helmsdale Place to Ronald and Teresa Bezak, of Jefferson Hills, Pa., for $635,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,749 square feet of living area.

Deborah Taylor and Susan Sloan, of Bradenton, sold their home at 14712 Newtonmore Lane to Kenneth and Audrey Thompson, of Bradenton, for $375,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,004 square feet of living area.

River Club South
Anthony and Bonnie Jones, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7551 Tori Way to Joseph and Marian Lucia, of Duluth, Ga., for $605,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,753 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
CSFR ColFin American Investors TRS LLC sold the home at 14819 Sundial Place to Thomas and Melissa McCue, of Bradenton, for $575,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,165 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $895,200 in 2006.

Joseph and Erin Camacho sold their home at 6719 Pirate Perch Trail to Linden Barnes and Alana Turner, of Bradenton, for $488,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,043 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2013.

Nancy Walker, of Bradenton, sold her home at 13501 Brown Thrasher Pike to Brandon Nye, of Tampa, for $457,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths, a pool and 3,040 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $440,200 in 2004.
