The following residential real estate transactions took place between July 14 and July 18.
A condominium in L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Nisabe Corp. sold the Unit D-905 condominium at 415 L’Ambiance Drive to Shane and Michelle French, of Ithaca, N.Y., for $2.25 million. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, two-and-two-half baths and 2,634 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.13 million in 1996.
Privateer South
Terry and Deborah Bernander, of Franklin, Wis., sold their Unit 906 condominium at 1000 Longboat Club Road to Rodney Williams, of Longboat Key, for $720,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,409 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $645,000 in 2003.
Beachplace
Martin Broek, of Worthington, Ohio, sold his Unit 501 condominium at 1105 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Maska LLC for $625,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,172 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $339,500 in 1999.
Mark and Sharron Nelson, of Lake Orion, Mich., sold their Unit 403 condominium at 1115 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Raymond and Ann Martin, of Huntingdon, U.K., for $555,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $277,000 in 1998.

Pat Price, of Los Angeles, sold her Unit P-B condominium at 1701 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Frank De Quattro, of Wakefield, R.I., for $575,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,551 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $73,900 in 1979.
Bayport Beach and Tennis Club
Paul and Gail Cardi, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 504 condominium at 504 Bayport Way to Judith Berson, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $560,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,601 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $231,300 in 1998.
Country Club Shores
Kaye LaFollette, trustee, of Brentwood, Tenn., sold the home at 1010 Bogey Lane to Della Boice, of Longboat Key, for $500,000. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,643 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $372,900 in 2003.
Longboat Beachcomber
Edward and Donna Monroe, of Peoria, Ill., sold their Unit 304 condominium at 2721 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jason and Sara Greenstein, of Winnetka, Ill., for $484,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 884 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $423,900 in 2002.
Bailey-Dobson
Colette Lafuente, trustee, of San Jose, Calif., sold the home at 671 Gulf Bay Road to Terra Australis Consulting LLC for $400,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,633 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2004.
Windward Bay
Edward Kalenichenko, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 17-B-V condominium at 4978 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David and Diane Minnich, of Winter Springs, for $291,900. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,598 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,500 in 2013.

Joseph LaPlume, of Sarasota, sold the Unit G3-205-C condominium at 2039 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Howard and Rose Bushin, of Longboat Key, for $275,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 933 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 2004.
The Beach Residences
Raymond and Victoria Sims, of Chicago, sold their Unit 509 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Nicholas and Susan DeBellis, of Ridgefield, Conn., for $1,745,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 3,352 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.3 million in 2005.
Sarasota Harbour
Jennifer Fitzgerald, trustee, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the Unit 2 condominium at to Philip and Brenda Zofrea, of Bradenton, for $250,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 816 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 2013.
