Concession home sells for more than $2M

The following residential real estate transactions took place between May 19 and May 23.

A home in Concession tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Beau Follett, of Bradenton, sold his home at 19445 Ganton Ave. to John and Erica Holmes, of Windermere, for $2.05 million. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 6,325 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,454,800 in 2010.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Joyce Cloutier and Larry Steinhart, of Latham, N.Y., sold their home at 6715 Firestone Place to David and Lori Johndrow, of Bristol, Conn., for $873,200. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,775 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $677,500 in 2011.

Arthur and Tara Leopold, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7006 Dominion Lane to Charles Bamberger, of Fort Worth, Texas, for $780,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,196 square feet of living area.

Douglas and Carolyn Anderson, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7808 Rosehall Cove to Robert and Georgia Conti, of Bradenton, for $685,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,181 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $510,000 in 2010.

Scott Maltzman, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold his home at 7314 Edenmore St. to Larry and Beverly Moore, of Lakewood Ranch, for $365,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,172 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $488,200 in 2008.

Kathy Lewis and William Thomas, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7227 Presidio Glen to Kelly and Don Fair, of Bradenton, for $320,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,914 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $311,900 in 2009.
