The following residential real estate transactions took place between May 19 and May 23.

A home in Queens Harbour tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. W. Thomas and Deborah Gould, of Livingston, Mont., sold their home at 3554 Fair Oaks Lane to Steven and Ann Anderson, of Atlanta, for $2,325,000. Built in 1997, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,493 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,139,000 in 1998.

Also in Queens Harbour, Ann Anderson, trustee, of Atlanta, sold the home at 3602 Fair Oaks Lane to David and Theresa D’Anna, of Mahwah, N.J., for $1.25 million. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,007 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,415,000 in 2011.

L’Ambiance
LKC Holdings Ltd. sold the Unit D-706 condominium at 415 L’Ambiance Drive to John Burns, trustee, for $1.99 million. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths and 2,634 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 1993.

Grand Bay
Diane Redding sold her Unit 136 condominium at 3060 Grand Bay Blvd. to Leonard and Roslyn Mazur, of Longboat Key, for $1.25 million. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,781 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.3 million in 2009.

Country Club Shores
Paul and Virginia Primamore, of Sarasota, sold their home at 561 Golf Links Lane to Papillon Bay Trading LLC for $848,500. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,256 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $335,000 in 1994.

Sunset Beach on Longboat Key
Barbara Myer, trustee, of St. Louis, sold the Unit 1401 condominium at 2109 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David and Maureen Winigrad, of Penn Valley, Pa., for $475,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,358 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $220,000 in 1991.

Seaplace
Steven and Kerry Parker, of Winter Park, sold their Unit G-6-409-C condominium at 1955 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Larry and Jill Laube, of Elk Grove Village, Ill., for $352,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 933 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $329,800 in 2002.

Fannie Mae sold the Unit G6-107 condominium at 1955 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Theresa Smith, of Troy, Mich., for $325,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,257 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $337,500 in 2005.

Bird Key
William and Marie Steinberg, trustees, sold the home at 422 E. Royal Flamingo Drive to Edgar and Kay Greve, of Osprey, for $675,000. Built in 1961, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,242 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $155,000 in 1986.

LIDO KEY
John Ringling Estates
Randolf Mikkelson and Mary Harper, of Sarasota, sold their home at 144 Harrison Drive to James and Kathleen Lyons, of Sarasota, for $599,000. Built in 1933, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,482 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $478,500 in 2003.

Lido Harbour Towers
Robert and Diane Dow, of Joliet, Ill., sold their Unit 502 condominium at 1770 Benjamin Franklin Drive to John and Barbara Von Osdol, of Sterling, Ill., for $510,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,117 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $120,000 in 1989.

John and Barbara Van Osdol, of Sterling, Ill., also sold their Unit 406 condominium at 1770 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Garrie and Christine Dorman, of Sagamore Beach, Mass., for $450,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,211 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 2007.
