The following residential real estate transactions took place between May 26 and May 30.

A home in The Concession tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. The Concession Golf Club LLC sold the home at 19455 Beacon Park Place to Daniel and Paula Santry, of Blue Bell, Pa., for $1.5 million. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths, two half-baths, a pool and 5,236 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.55 million in 2010.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Steven and Jan Soto, of Bradenton, sold their home at 13409 Matanzas Place to Roma and Charles McDonaugh, of Bradenton, for $755,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,829 square feet of living area.

Till Kruppa, of San Marcos, Calif., sold his home at 12339 Thornhill Court to Stephen and Susan Bull, of Winter Park, for $380,000. Built in 2008, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,004 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $453,500 in 2008.

Judith Sills and Robert Sills, trustees, of University Park, sold the home at 7611 Heathfield Court to Edwin and Kathleen Levinstim, of University Park, for $670,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,080 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $560,000 in 2002.

Glenn and Susan Zapatha sold their home at 6919 Pine Valley St. to Harrold and Jodi Brown, of Bradenton, for $590,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,289 square feet of living area.
