Chef Jam kicks off at Shamrock Pub

Craft-beer-lovers and foodies: Go ahead and clear your Monday-night schedules for the rest of the summer. Shamrock Pub's Summer Chef Jam series returns at 8 p.m. tonight with its weekly sampling of the best local bites and libation.

If you haven't been before, here's the skinny: For $20, you get bottomless pints of a selection of at least four different Florida craft beers (three selections from Swamp Head, plus a rotating local brewery) and three small plates from the featured chef.

The series kicks off tonight with a menu from Chef Kyle Harrington, of Libby's Cafe + Bar, including Korean food truck sticky ribs, Bulgogi tacos and Karubi pork gyoza, paired with a Saizon de Blanc Vert from St.-Pete-based brewery, Green Bench Brewing Co.
