A home on Bird Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. William Morgan sold his home at 662 Mourning Dove Drive to Victor and Donna Foreman, of Columbus, Ohio, for $1.25 million. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,452 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $905,000 in 2009.
Sanctuary at Longboat Key Club
Susan Wiland, of Carmel, Ind., sold her Unit A-503 condominium at 545 Sanctuary Drive to Robert Murphy, of Somers, N.Y., for $1,065,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,375 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2000.
Weston Pointe
Doy Baker Jr., trustee, of Glendale, Ohio, sold the home at 608 Weston Pointe Court to Roman and Martina Stana, of Sugar Land, Texas, for $962,500. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,430 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $925,000 in 2010.
Fairway Bay
Krysler Partners LLC sold the Unit 534 condominium at 2110 Harbourside Drive to Sonam Atuk, of Bronxville, N.Y., for $765,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,031 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $830,000 in 2005.
Emerald Pointe South
Sheldon and Lois Ross, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 16 condominium at 1902 Harbour Links Circle to Ans deBeus, of Orlando, for $650,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,180 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,600 in 2001.
Country Club Shores
Thomas Crowe, of Green Lawn, N.Y., sold his home at 531 Birdie Lane to Igor and Iring Neyman, of Palo Alto, Calif., for $560,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,023 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,700 in 1995.
Portobello
Peter and Mary O’Hara, of Babylon, N.Y., sold their Unit A-402 condominium at 3235 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Charles and Lisa Slavens, of Springfield, Mo., for $550,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,260 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $749,900 in 2004.
Seaplace
Vicky Wylson-Sher, of Ontario, Canada, sold the Unit M1-105-H condominium at 2045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Bader Agricultural Service Inc. for $385,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,265 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2009.
Windward Bay
Rex Agler and Linda Piccolo, trustees, of Castle Pines, Colo., sold the Unit 206 condominium at 4600 Gulf of Mexico Drive to George and Janice Brumbelow, of Longboat Key, for $364,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,152 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $358,000 in 2002.
Cedars East
Oakwood Enterprises LLC sold the Unit 27 condominium at 528 Forest Way to Brian and Siu Yee Hicks, of Manchester, Md., for $287,500. Built in 1989, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $168,000 in 2013.
Spanish Main Yacht Club
Raymond and Jean Berg, of Cumming, Ga., sold their Unit 74 condominium at 930 Spanish Drive S. to Guy and Marolyne Goodall, of Longboat Key, for $252,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,357 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,400 in 1999.
Longboat Harbour
Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the Unit 304 condominium at 4340 Falmouth Drive to Hank and Rhonda Williams, of Sarasota, for $220,100. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 928 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $256,000 in January.

Sarasota Harbour Apartments
Carol Woodward and David Thompson, of Richmond, Va., sold their Unit 31 condominium at 761 John Ringling Blvd. to Douglas and Christine Grierson, of Spring Valley, Ohio, for $265,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 816 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $85,000 in 1987.
