Concession home sells for $1.6 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between June 2 and June 6.

A home in Concession tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Lanny and Donna Julian, of Spartanburg, S.C., sold their home at 8346 Farington Court to Louis and Patricia Caravella, of Hilton Head Island, S.C., for $1.6 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,560 square feet of living area.

Grosvenor Gardens
Graham and Angela Roberts, of Logos, Portugal, sold their home at 8330 Grosvenor Court to Francis and Dolores Benevento, of University Park, for $1,075,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,462 square feet of living area.

County Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
James and Cathy Schrecongost, of Muncie, Ind., sold their home at 7323 Greystone St. to Kirk and Christie Boylston, of Lakewood Ranch, for $890,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,878 square feet of living area.

John Zelis sold his home at 13642 Legends Walk Terrace to Michael and Alana Blasewitz, of Lakewood Ranch, for $600,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,069 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2012.

Richard and Cynthia Pescinski, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7431 Edenmore St. to Neil and Dorothy Sieben, of Lakewood Ranch, for $450,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,845 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $727,000 in 2006.
