White Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
3/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Instructions:
Whisk together vinegar, dijon mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Slowly drizzle oil into mixture until combined. Store unrefrigerated for up to a week.
