The following residential real estate transactions took place between June 9 and June 13.
A condominium in Regent Place tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Michael and Marcia Klein, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 19A condominium at 655 Longboat Club Road to Nathan and Colleen Merwitz, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $3 million. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,564 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,675,000 in 2003.
Longboat Key Bayfront
The Bank of New York Mellon, trustee, sold the home at 6526 Bayou Hammock Road to 6526 Bayou Hammock LLC for $2,225,000. Built in 1949, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 3,148 square feet of living area.
Sanctuary at Longboat Key Club
Nathaniel Dalton, trustee, of Palm Beach Gardens, sold the Unit A-302 condominium at 565 Sanctuary Drive to Beverly Giordano, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $1,558,500. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,580 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,000 in 1990.
Longboat Shores
Wayne and Anne Mock, trustees, sold the home at 4 Winslow Place to Omar and Janette Benaddi, of Longboat Key, for $900,000. Built in 1963, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,975 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $770,500 in 2004.
The Players Club
John Cawood and Charles Barnett IV, trustees, of East Lansing, Mich., and Austin, Texas, sold the Unit 305 condominium at 1465 Gulf of Mexico Drive to James and Judith Earnshaw, of Sunset, S.C., for $575,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,548 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $332,000 in 1999.
Bay Harbour Apartments
Patricia Kelly, trustee, of Park Ridge, Ill., sold the Unit 201 condominium at 450 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert and Carol Smith, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $407,500. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,041 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $189,000 in 1995.

Donald and Florence Richer, of Sun City Center, sold their Unit G3-105A condominium at 2039 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert Dixon and Elizabeth Cavanaugh, of Norwalk, Conn., for $314,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,257 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $137,000
in 1988.

Robert and Donna Spielberger, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 138 condominium at 651 Spanish Drive S. to Michele Burgess, of West Simsbury, Conn., for $310,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,393 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000
in 2008.

Guenther and Heinke Schwabe, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 29 condominium at 844 Evergreen Way to William England and Tamalyn Ennis, of Darien, Ill., for $280,000. Built in 1991, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $170,000 in 2000.

John and Sharon Kittle, trustees, of Carmel, Ind., sold the Unit 409 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Susan Gross, of Sarasota, for $1,825,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 3,352 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,325,000 in 2010.
John Ringling Estates
Linda McKenzie sold her home at 343 S. Washington Drive to James and Shelagh Needham, of Kent, U.K., for $1.51 million. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,247 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,500 in 1992.
Jean Crosson sold the home at 226 Garfield Drive to Jennifer Riefle and Kimberly McDaniel, of New Hope, Pa., for $609,000. Built in 1940, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,961 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $545,000
in 2004.

The Northern Trust Co., trustee, sold the Unit 10-G condominium at 1700 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Stephen McKenna, of Sarasota, for $407,500. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,382 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $120,000 in 1990.
L’Elegance on Lido Beach
Neil and Penelope Manasse, of Albany, N.Y., sold their Unit B-808 condominium at 1800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Robert and Gabriela Moore, of Elkhart, Ind., for $885,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,700 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $715,000 in 2004.
Lido Surf and Sand
Monica and Donald Beck, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 505 condominium at 1100 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Donald and Jacqueline McJunkin, of Evergreen, Colo., for $360,000. Built in 1976, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 918 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 2010.
White Sands of Lido
Judith Summers, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 6 condominium at 160 Harrison Drive to Ger Kommers, of Sommelsdijk, Nederland, for $355,000. Built in 1933, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,094 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $299,900 in 2003.
Riviera of Lido Beach
Diana Garcia, of Carbondale, Pa., sold her Unit 1-B condominium at 131 Garfield Drive to Kathy Lynch, of Kansas City, Mo., for $340,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,215 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 2009.

Sheilah Cavanaugh, of Hingham, Mass., sold her Unit 312 condominium at 1001 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Randall and Susan Parker, of Perrysburg, Ohio, for $200,000. Built in 1980, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 813 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $285,000 in 2005.

James Durham, trustee, and Janis Heaphy, of Blaine, Idaho, sold the home at 121 S. Warbler Lane to Robert and Elizabeth Bitterman, of Harbor Springs, Mich., for $1.46 million. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,424 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.05 million in 2011.
John and Kim Manning, of Sarasota, and Angela Welch, trustee, of Tampa, sold the home at 610 Owl Way to Michael and Georgina Pirrone, of Ho Ho Kus, N.J., for $643,500. Built in 1971, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,643 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $113,000 in 1977.
Thomas Calhoun, trustee, sold the home at 635 Owl Way to Anne Mohl and Jeffrey Mohl, trustees, of Sarasota, for $525,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,842 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $84,500 in 1974.
