The Sarasota YMCA and Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota County attempted to make history by participating in the “World’s Largest Swimming Lesson” June 20. Around the world, swimmers of all ages swam at the same time to make it in to the Guinness World Records. The lesson was held at 11 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
