Country Club Village home sells for $550,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Feb. 17 and Feb. 21.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. John and Joan Brown, of Woodbury, Conn., sold their home at 7204 Orchid Island Place to Kathy Lewis and William Thomas, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, for $550,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,768 square feet of living area.

Kenwood Park
Duncan and Mary Kiely, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8206 Abingdon Court to Nadine Drysdale, trustee, of Alberta, Canada, for $517,500. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,276 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
Michael and Mandi Davis sold their home at 14242 Sundial Place to Anthony Kob, of Lakewood Ranch, for $485,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,062 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2011.

Tiffany Liashek sold the home at 6453 Indigo Bunting Place to George and Susan Benton, of Lakewood Ranch, for $460,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,076 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $422,500 in 2010.

Matthew and Ashley Yerkovich sold their home at 6419 Royal Tern Circle to Michael Kelly, of Smithfield, R.I., for $308,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,922 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 2010.

Virginia Water
J.R. and V. Ann Cassie, of Ontario, Canada, sold their home at 6734 Virginia Crossing to Pierre Vautravers, of University Park, for $404,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,247 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,000 in 2008.

The Moorings at Edgewater
Emily McClelland, of Pittsburgh, sold her Unit 101 condominium at 6503 Moorings Point Circle to John Waggett and Janet Waggett, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, for $400,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,983 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2010.

Arbor Lakes
Raymond and Ruth Agnew, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 7006 Coachlight St. to Charles Winston and Laura Ward, of East Ellijay, Ga., for $392,500. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,358 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $334,000 in 2003.

Beacon Cove at River Place
Stone River Gliders LLC sold the home at 6719 70th Court E. to George and Stephanie Hare, of Bradenton, for $390,000. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,400 square feet of living area.

GreyHawk Landing
Wayne and Donna Blaser, of Leesburg, Va., sold their home at 12708 Daisy Place to Jorge and Rhonda Montero, of Wichita, Kansas, for $389,500. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,020 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $349,900 in 2008.

Chris Iacobelli, of Bradenton, and John Iacobelli, of Strongville, Ohio, sold their home at 12314 Aster Ave. to Kevin and Brenda Hart, of Bradenton, for $291,500. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,294 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,000 in 2013.

Frank and Judy Sherako sold their home at 12235 Lavender Loop to Bradley and Natalie Johnson, of Bradenton, for $230,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,312 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $226,000 in 2011.

Russ and Kayo Stewart, of Westchester, N.Y., sold their home at 7278 Belleisle Glen to William Postiy and Jo-Ann Postiy, of Lakewood Ranch, for $310,000. Built in 2011, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,754 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $254,000 in 2011.

Central Park Lifestyles LLC sold the home at 11512 Griffith Park Terrace to Donna Tran, of Bradenton, for $303,900. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,148 square feet of living area.

Provident National Property Group LLC sold the home at 4721 Silvermoss Drive to William and Katherine McComb, of Sarasota, for $299,000. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,932 square feet of living area.

Suzanne Owen sold her home at 7963 113th Ave. Circle E. to Terry and Steven Carter, of Cleveland, Ga., for $200,000. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,758 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 2009.
