Sanctuary condominium sells for $1,805,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Feb. 17 and Feb. 21.

A condominium in Sanctuary at Longboat Key Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Joseph and Ann Higgins, of Galway, Ireland, sold their Unit C-708 condominium at 535 Sanctuary Drive to Ernest Roland, trustee, of Austin, Texas, for $1,805,000. Built in 1990, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,375 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.2 million in 2008.

Fairway Bay
Charles Nechtem, of Longboat Key, sold his Unit 1001 condominium at 1920 Harbourside Drive to Harold and Lynn Wellings, of New Milford, Conn., for $650,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,097 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,000 in 2012.

Longboat Harbour
Cyrus and Patricia Amato, of Califon, N.J., sold their Unit 104 condominium at 4380 Exeter Drive to Gail Gilvey, of Kinnelon, N.J., for $205,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 928 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 2004.

BIRD KEY
Phillip Garner and Marie-Laure Garner sold their home at 419 Partridge Circle to Catherine Cassato, trustee, of Georges Mills, N.H., for $960,000. Built in 1973, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,229 square feet of living area.

Emilio and Robin Palermo, of Sarasota, sold their home at 619 Owl Way to Danny and Donna Montgomery, trustees, of Union City, Tenn., for $677,500. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,732 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $587,500 in 2009.
