Home on Casey Key sells for $2.94 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Feb. 17 and Feb. 21.

A home on Casey Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Dikran and Julia Kashkashian, of Boulder, Colo., sold their home at 1900 Casey Key Road to Daniel and Shannon Connors, of Nokomis, for $2.94 million. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,502 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,925,000 in 2000.

SARASOTA
Cherokee Park
Paul and Lillian Pugliese, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1748 Cherokee Drive to Barry and Leslye Seidel, of Sarasota, for $1,746,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,575 square feet of living area.

Lawrence Pointe
Linda Page, of University Park, sold her Unit 202 condominium at 101 Sunset Drive to Laura Denenholz, of Sarasota, for $685,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,560 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $465,000 in 2001.

Badger Heights
Rafal Baranski, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1209 Osprey Ave. to Eileen Rosenzweig and Timothy Baldwin, of Sarasota, for $560,000. Built in 1929, it has three bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath and 3,860 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2008. There is a second building on the property with one bath and 640 square feet of living area.

Phillippi Gardens
Robert and Julie Lehman, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5657 America Drive to Joseph Yoder, of Sarasota, for $505,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,941 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $205,000 in 1998.

Homecroft
Samuel and Mary Barkman sold their home at 3484 Gardenia St. to Kenny and Elizabeth Swartzentruber, of Montgomery, Ind., for $350,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, one bath, one half-bath and 1,245 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2003. There’s a second building on the property, built in 2010, that has two bedrooms, one bath and 674 square feet of living area.

Norman and Freda Scotch sold their Unit 246 condominium at 1526 Pelican Point Drive to George and Jo Ubogy, of Cos Cob, Conn., for $319,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,918 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $339,000 in 2000.

Forest Lakes Country Club Estates
Equine Real Estate LLC sold the home at 1828 Riviera Circle to Kristine Thomas, of Sarasota, for $305,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,939 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $351,700 in 2005.

Tide SRQ LLC sold the home at 4560 Cactus Ave. to Larry and Barbara Wolfe, of La Grange, Ga., for $285,000. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,927 square feet of living area.

Shelley Schneir, of Boca Raton, sold the Unit 421 condominium at 750 N. Tamiami Trail to TJC Property Holdings LLC for $277,000. Built in 2001, it has one bedroom, one bath and 1,020 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $296,200 in 2003.
