Lake Club home tops sales at $1.6 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Feb. 24 and Feb. 28.

A home in Lake Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Stephen Switlyk sold the home at 16018 Topsail Terrace to Robert and Christine Ruff, trustees, of Mequon, Wis., for $1.6 million. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,834 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,217,000 in 2013.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Equity Trust Co. Cust FBO IRA Account Z029889, Equity Trust Co. Cust FBO IRA Account Z038193 and Gulfcoast Property Investments LLC sold the home at 22266 Panther Loop to Brian and Marissa Carlson, of Bradenton, for $675,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,462 square feet of living area.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Helen and Charles Kim, of Lansdowne, Va., sold their home at 991 Fish Hook Cove to Mary and Timothy Greist, of Carmel, Ind., for $575,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, four baths and 2,784 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $920,000 in 2006.

James and Janet Davis, of Bradenton, sold their home at 9806 Portside Terrace to Patricia Fortman, of Rochester, Minn., for $273,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,524 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $247,800 in 2004.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Edd and Rebecca Dean, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 8131 Championship Court to Jerrold and Judith Zivic, of Bradenton, for $561,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,544 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $485,000 in 2012.

Jack and Karen Jimmink, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7250 Orchid Island Place to Jessica Savidge, of Lakewood Ranch, for $450,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $467,400 in 2005.

Jerrold and Judith Zivic, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7150 Sandhills Place to Edd and Rebecca Dean, of Bradenton, for $401,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,173 square feet of living area.
